Some tips for shopping the update:
- Some items will sell out incredibly quickly, many within minutes of opening!
- Have your payment info ready to go.
- Go to the previews on the website and know the item numbers of the pieces you want so you can easily and quickly find them when shopping.
- DO go to the website a few minutes before the release time (3PM EST). Set an alarm and be ready to hit refresh when it’s time to open shop.
- If you have your heart set on one particular item, you may want to checkout that item first and then go back to purchase any additional items.
- Just because the item is in your cart does NOT mean it’s on hold.
- Double check your shipping address.
- If you choose “Local pickup” contact me to schedule a pickup date and time. Contact me with any other questions.
* I require a deposit or full pre-order payment for ALL custom pieces, no exceptions! Custom orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of completion and full payment. If you are picking up a custom piece in person it must be claimed within 14 days of completion of the commission, otherwise it will be listed for sale.
SHIPPING
*Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and the cost is not included in the sale price of the item purchased. Shipping within the US costs roughly $5-15 USD per piece. If you order multiple items from the shop I will try to combine items or use flat rate shipping whenever possible to save you money. If shipping costs exceed $15 USD I will send you an invoice for the balance. Most orders will ship out in 2-5 business days from the date of order received. I ship through USPS and tracking info will be sent to you at time of shipping.
* I will issue a partial refund to the buyer if the shipping cost is less than the shipping cost in the original purchase. A $2.00 handling fee is included in the shipping price. I only use flat rate USPS boxes if the cost will be less than if I had packaged it with a regular box. I love when I can save you some hard earned money! All items are shipped USPS priority mail (1-3 days).
*If by rare chance an item breaks during shipment please contact me ASAP with photos of your broken shipment so I can contact USPS to file an insurance claim and refund your purchase. All priority mail items are insured through the USPS. Each order is carefully packaged and marked as fragile.
*If you are LOCAL to WELLFLEET or the OUTER CAPE, you may pick up your order curbside at my studio in Wellfleet, MA. I will refund the cost of shipping the day of pickup. Please make arrangements to claim your order within 14 days of purchase. If you can't claim your item within 14 days for some reason please communicate with me. Items that are not picked up in 14 days will be shipped to your provided address unless we have discussed otherwise.
*All items in my shop are photographed in natural light and I do my very best to depict each piece online as accurately as possible. I do not use filters on photographs of my ceramic works. It is important to understand that a ceramic piece may look very different from one photo to the next depending on the lighting. Glowing morning light is quite different from the cool light that comes as the sun goes down. This is the magic of a glassed surface.
